Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the JourneyKit website and services ("the Service") provided by JourneyKit ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
• Send data about your users that you do not have the right to share with us.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide.
• Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any data you submit, including data about your own users. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
